The new automatic polishing alternating machine has 9 basic versions:
1. (4+1) 4 polishing heads and 1 calibrating (diamond)
2. (5+1) 5 polishing heads and 1 calibrating (diamond)
3. (6+1) 6 polishing heads and 1 calibrating (diamond)
4. (8+1) 8 polishing heads and 1 calibrating (diamond)
5. (1+2) 1 polishing head and 2 calibrating (diamond)
6. (6+2) 6 polishing heads and 2 calibrating (diamond)
7. (8+2) 8 polishing heads and 2 calibrating (diamond)
8. (10+3) 10 polishing heads and 3 calibrating (diamond)
9. (12+3) 12 polishing heads and 3 calibrating (diamond)
All the above versions have working width 300mm – 1.000mm.
The machine performs quick and excellent surface polishing.
Starting with the first head (calibrating), which straightens up the marble and then with the polishing heads polish automatically the plate.
All movements are operated automatically through a PLC and a coloured touch screen.
This machine can do many other surface finishing such as: antique, bushammering, sanding etc.
